February 27th: Special Performance Invitation

February 27th Special Performance Invitation: After an extremely successful performance and workshop for students at Winston Churchill C.I. on February 3rd, Jair Dynast was asked to come back by special invitation to perform as part of the school’s full assembly celebrations by the students and organizers for African Heritage Month. Jair Dynast set it off with his popular single “Art of Invention” bringing thunderous applause from the crowd of students from several schools in attendance. He signed several autographs and took numerous photos with fans.

African Heritage Shows & Workshops Toronto Public Schools

In celebration of African Heritage Month, Jair Dynast will conduct twelve workshops and give 12-performances to students in Toronto area public schools during the month of February.

February 4 – Location: Winston Churchill C.I.

February 12 – Location: Cedabrae C.I.

February 18 – Location: Birchmount C.I.

February 19 - Location: Monarch Park C.I.

February 19 - Location: David & Mary Thomson C.I.

February 20 - Location: Central Commerce C.I.

February 20 - Location: Vaughan Road Academy

February 24 – Location: Joseph Brant Sr. P.S.

February 25 – Location: Central Tech

February 25 – Location: Harbord C.I.

February 26 - Location: West Hill C.I.

February 27 - Location: Winston Churchill C.I.

These workshops will highlight the significant contributions made by African-American inventors to modern society.  In addition, Jair has written, composed and produced a song, ‘Art of Invention’ to pay special tribute to these inventors.

A music video will also be released of the song that will be made available to students as a free mp3 download at the artist’s rap music social network community.
