February 20th Opening Acts: Jair Dynast was again the opening act as the TDSB celebrated “Artists with an Edge” with performances from socially conscious artists of African Heritage to a full assembly of students at Vaughan Road Academy. Jair Dynast got the crowd open with his popular single “Art of Invention” bringing thunderous applause from the crowd of students from several schools in attendance. He signed several autographs and took numerous photos with fans.
Jair was in the company of well known spoken-word performer, Dwayne Morgan among other well known local performers, such as Kid Famous as part of President of UMAC, musical play, “The Corner”. Students were very engaged and had lots of questions afterwards.
